MACares
Did you know that, in addition to the challenges and pressures facing all teens today, some students at McCallum HS also are faced with the stress of living on their own without the support of any close family because either they’re legally emancipated or their parents are unable to care for them? Some students and their families live in shelters and other temporary housing, while still others need extra support because they’ve lost a parent or other close family member, or are otherwise in a crisis situation. Friends of McCallum Students (FMS) is a group of committed parents who provide support to Mac’s Social Service Specialist, Christel Gilbreath, LCSW, and the students and families she serves, including the ten elementary and two middle schools that feed into McCallum. Partners in Education
Partners in Education is a program where PTSA seeks to form alliances with local businesses for the benefit of McCallum. Our Partners donate money, goods, services, etc. For more information click here.
Fundraising Program

Scholarship Program
McCallum High School PTSA awards two $1000 scholarships to graduating seniors. One award will be made to an applicant in the College/University category who plans to attend a certificate program, trade school, or two-year or four-year college/university program immediately following graduation. One award will be made to an applicant in the Life Skills category who plans to further their education/skills training following graduation. Learn more…
