McCallum High School PTSA typically awards two $1000 scholarships to graduating seniors. One award will be made to an applicant in the College/University category who plans to attend either an in-state or out-of-state certificate program, trade school, two-year or four-year college/university program immediately following graduation. One award will be made to an applicant in the Life Skills category who plans to further their education/skills training following graduation.

- Cumulative minimum GPA of 2.5 College/University, 2.0 Life Skills
- Current (paid) McCallum PTSA member – student and/or parent

- Attach the completed form to your email back to the Scholarship Committee when you are ready to submit

Recommendation/Survey forms should be given to teachers well in advance of the deadline and are due no later than Friday, March 10, 2023 at 4:15 pm. They may be submitted electronically as well.

Submission Requirements:
Applications can be submitted by email to PTSA Scholarship Committee Chair at scholarship@mccallumptsa.org. All applications must be emailed by 4:15 pm on Friday, March 10, 2023. All applicants will be informed of award decisions prior to the PTSA Meeting in May.
Payment:
The scholarship will be paid in one lump sum directly to the education institution. Alternately, requests can be made for payment directly to the student, providing an invoice/bill or receipt of payment for the program is attached to the request.
